Metropolis Suite 1 (The Chase)
Not a new discovery myself, but I was pleasantly surprised when “Violet Stars Happy Hunting!” popped up on my playlist. I had to ensure that I set it for a repeat playing.
While not her first album, Metropolis Suite 1 is a concept album with some funky vibes. If you want to try something different, I definitely recommend this and continue down the rabbit hole checking out some of Janelle’s performances (their good) and other songs.
