What Worked?

● 2020 was a major shift in existing and future strategies due to COVID-19

● Terminated venture of Austin Podcasters, and Austin Podcaster’s Festival

as business refocus.

● Reduced spending as planned by terminating many web domains, Shopify,

Meetup

● Refocused ApexThis back on Writing and Publishing

● Invested in Publish & Thrive Course

● Revamped website and relaunched podcast

● Completed Mixtape poetry collection for 2021 publish

What Didn’t Work?

  • The original plan of having the trilogy poetry collection out did not happen.
  • Covid destroyed plans for Austin Podcast Festival

Theme = Uncomfortability

Be uncomfortable. If a decision keeps you in the air of comfort, challenge it!
